and حق مطالبه وجه چك يا برات از آخرين ظهرنويس يا از ضامن چك recourse : The right of a holder of a negotiable instrument to repayment from the drawer or endorsers when the first liable party defaults. The right of a holder of a negotiable instrument to recover against a party secondarily liable, eg, prior endorser or guarantor. Therefore, if a prior endorser signs without recourse, he exempts himself from liability for payment, but not from all warranties. HCB
